Q. When is your lake
open for swimming?
A. From Memorial Day to
Labor Day.
Q. Can I have private
parties here?
A. Only active members
(owners) can have private parties.
Q. Is your water
safe?
A. Yes. The County Dept. of
Environmental Health checks our water on a regular basis
throughout our season.
Q. How many memberships
are available?
A. There are 50 active
members, and we sell about 105 summer memberships. On a normal
weekday 20-30 people will visit the beach; on a normal weekend
that grows to 30-40 people.
Q. How many lifeguards
do you have?
A. We have two on weekdays
and three on weekends.
Q. Is it a natural
lake?
A. Yes. We are spring fed.
We have Bass, Cat Fish, and Blue Gill, as well as several large
turtles, a Blue Heron and a White Egret.
Q. Do you have social
events here?
A. Yes, we celebrate all the
summer holidays as well as host several musical events and the children's sleep over. Anyone who
is a member can attend these events.
